Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Muvero (“Muvero”, “we”, “us”) for using the Muvero web app at app.muvero.app and this website. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Muvero for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so.

The service

Muvero turns recordings and text into transcripts, subtitles, reels, articles, summaries, translations and voice-overs. Some features depend on your plan. We improve the service all the time, so features can change; we will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Workspace admins decide who joins a workspace and what each member can do, and are responsible for the members they invite.

Plans, credits and payment

• Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. Prices are in EUR; any tax is shown at checkout.
• Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Monthly credits that are not used do not carry over. Top-up credits you buy do not expire while your plan is active.
• The credit cost of a job is shown before it starts. Credits are taken only when a job succeeds; failed or canceled jobs are refunded in credits.
• You can upgrade at any time; the upgrade applies straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, and you keep your plan until then.
• If a payment fails we retry it. If it still fails, the workspace moves to the Free plan and you keep access to everything you already made.
• Refunds of money are covered by our Refund policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to the recordings, text and results you put into or create with Muvero (“your content”). You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the service for you: for example to transcribe, translate, render and deliver it. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including the consent of people who can be heard in a recording where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Muvero to break the law, to infringe other people’s rights, to upload malware, to get around plan limits or credit charges, or to put unreasonable load on the service. We may suspend a workspace that does, after telling you why where we can.

AI output

Transcripts, translations, summaries, articles and voices are produced automatically and can contain mistakes. Check important results before you publish or rely on them.

Open-source models

Speaker detection in Muvero uses speaker-diarization-community-1 by pyannote, licensed under CC BY 4.0. We use the model without changes.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel your plan at any time in Settings → Billing. We may end or suspend the service for a workspace that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. When you ask us to close your workspace, we delete its content within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
